By accessing or using Video10x (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Video10x is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create videos using artificial intelligence technology. Our Service includes:

  • Text-to-video generation
  • Image-to-video generation
  • Reference-to-video generation
  • Access to various AI models (Sora 2, Veo 3.1, Wan 2.6, Seedance 1.5, etc.)

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate videos and are consumed based on the complexity, duration, and AI model used.

4.2 Purchases

Credits can be purchased through one-time purchases or subscription plans. All prices are displayed in the currency shown at the time of purchase and are subject to change.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of AI-generated content, all purchases are final and non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in the following cases:

  • Technical failures that prevent video generation
  • Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
  • Service unavailability for extended periods

To request a refund, please contact us at support@video10x.app within 7 days of the purchase.

4.4 Credit Expiration

Credits may have expiration dates depending on how they were acquired:

  • New user bonus credits: 30 days
  • Purchased credits: 365 days
  • Subscription credits: 30 days (renewable with active subscription)

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive, defame, or harm individuals
  • Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Create explicit, pornographic, sexually suggestive, or adult content of any kind. This prohibition is absolute and applies to all AI models available on the platform.
  • Generate nudity, partial nudity, or sexually explicit imagery
  • Produce content that promotes violence, hate speech, terrorism, or discrimination
  • Impersonate others or create content featuring real individuals without their consent
  • Attempt to bypass our content filtering systems or abuse the credit system
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

Content Moderation: Video10x employs automated content filtering and human review to enforce this policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of remaining credits. We reserve the right to review any generated content and remove content that violates this policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the original content you upload (images, prompts). By using our Service, you grant us a license to process this content for video generation.

6.2 Generated Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable laws, you own the rights to videos generated through our Service using your credits. You may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes.

6.3 Our Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Video10x and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • The quality of generated videos will meet your expectations
  • AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDEO10X SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Video10x, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Unused credits will not be refunded upon termination for Terms violations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Video10x operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
